Gina ~ If you click on User CP it will have an option to click on "edit avatar". Click on that, then hit the browse button. This takes you to possibly stored pics you might already have in your pc. If you do, the pics need to be downsized, etc.
I know it does sound somewhat confusing. I am sure everyone here can give better info than what I can to get you an avatar. I have such trouble trying to describe what I am talking anout. LOL
