How do you evaluate them. The one I'm going to now seems to be helping quite a bit. My problem is mostly in my neck. Stiffness, pain, headaches, numbness in my hands.

I'm interested in this as well. I have had major back pain since I had my daughter. They almost forced me to have an epidural (lied saying it would speed up labor (it actually slows it), kept coming in every 5 minutes asking me to have it & I finally said yes just to get them to leave me alone). My back has hurt ever since. I can't even sit or stand straight up without alot of pain. I was told that some chiroprators just "fix" problems to keep you coming back to them. I have always wanted to go but since money is an issue I could not afford it as a weekly reoccurring bill.
