Y'all are so crazy, but believe me from time to time we all feel your pain. My house is a mess right now.
I'm away from the house 11+ hours a day. My husband and daughter, who is still at home, leave after I do, they are home at lunch and some during the day, and are home before me. I can leave in the morning with the house looking pretty good, and when I get home..... I'm embarrassed to describe what I find sometimes. I commented to my husband this evening that "we" are a bunch of slobs, not wanting to point any fingers, because that gets me in trouble. Ya know what his response was, "and isn't it wonderful?"
My husband helps, as I've said in a previous thread. He put a load of clothes in to wash tonight, but he's mostly into project work, not maintenance. If you understand what I mean.
Sorry, but I had to vent a little, too.
