I'm actually quite lucky, I think. My hubby is NOT into football or TV sports at all. We love to play racquetball and do outdoors stuff like rock-climbing, rappelling, and hiking, but neither of us enjoys watching sports on TV. Now spending too much time on his computer (specifically linux forums)...that is a different story, lol.
