It's sad that it happens, but it does. People are so busy it seems and when they have a moment, they use it to relax or reflect or just chill. I know I'm guilty of that a lot. We had some older neighbors that lived just down the road. I adored the woman. She had so many wonderfu stories. My son even called them grandpa and grandma. They moved to town about 6 or 7 years ago and we call each other now and again, but just not often. I miss her. I have tried calling, but if she is not home, I just get busy doing something else and don't get back to trying to call again for a couple months. Don't take it personal, it's just the way life is, what a shame.
