By the way, Cindy, I made those enchiladas last night and they were FABULOUS! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe. My grocery store did not have the Wolf Chili, however. They only had Hormel chili. So I got that, but the chili was a little bland. Next time I am going to use the kind with tobasco sauce in it, since hubby and I like spicy things. But it is a recipe that I will definately use again! Thanks!
