As long as you talked it out and it's okay now, then it sure sounds like a good relationship. It might be hormones, or maybe you're stressed.
If you're concerned about why you blew up when you're not like that, maybe you need to give yourself a day off to reflect on what's going on inside of you. You probably shouldn't approach it that there's there's anything wrong with you,
just see what's going on.
I always felt that "the truth shall set you free." Whenever I figure out what's really
going on, then I can do what needs to be done about it. Often, there's nothing that can be done about it, but just to know and accept, and maybe talk to someone about it, makes me feel better.
