Oh Claudia, I am so sorry your sister and family have to go through this. I've heard that the 'Cancer Center of America' is a great place for treatment. Not sure where they are all located, but it's worth a search.
I lost my sister to cancer back in 1980, just 3 days before her 40th birthday.
Why can't they find a cure for this horrible disease! I'll keep your sister in my prayers.
