It may not be legal to give someone else's dog away, but I think this is one of those situations where legal and moral are in opposition to each other. I doubt anyone will even ask where the pup went... so I'm going to try to find it a new home where it will be taken care of properly. Someone has to do something, so maybe it's my chance to be "someone" huh? LOL
