Okay, I've done it again, I've purchased a pedometer and have started walking.
A couple of years ago I did this for about 6 months and it really worked well. I just set goals for myself (no. of steps/day, week, and month) and this got me moving.
I'm starting with a goal of 20,000 steps/day
Monday I clocked 17112
Tuesday, 18231
Today....well, gotta head out and walk the dogs soon, I'm only up to 15331 so far

It's been one of the computer-addict afternoons, lol
Anyway...
If anyone's interested I thought we could post our goals and our progress here...keep each other motivated.
