Mine would be my grandma. She married young and raised four boys, had to deal with her youngest son basically disowning her and the rest of our family, and screwing her out of money (she sold him her car, he made one $100 payment and then stopped talking to her). She was devastated when my grandpa passed away but still held her head high and was so comforting to my cousins and I. She remarried and last year had to put her second husband in a home due to Alzheimers, and that was really hard on her too. He doesn't know who she is anymore. She still visits him weekly. Everytime I see her, she tells me how proud she is of me and my accomplishments, but I've never had the courage to tell her how proud I am of her.
