My favorite meatloaf recipe is a "little bit of this, a little bit of that" - no measuring! I take 1 pound of ground deer burger (or beef), add a package of onion soup mix, a splash of Moore's marinade, a couple dashes of garlic powder, a couple dashes of Tony's, one egg, and enough bread crumbs to hold it all together. Mix well, and bake on 350 degrees for about 45 minutes - YUM!! I also fix mashed potatoes and green beans and sometimes, brussel sprouts.
