It's difficult to deal with someone like this on a daily basis. Your trapped in a sense and have to deal with her whether you like it or not. In believe, the best thing to do would be to contact the customer and see if he needs any additional information. He may have cooled down over the weekend, or at least be more willing to listen. If he wants more information, try to explain in a friendly, calming manner how and why the posting was done the way it was.

As far as dealing with the loan officer. Rise above her. She's retiring early next year. You may want to begin counting the days down & realize that soon, very soon, she will be gone. Early next year is not that far away even though each day until it arrives may seem like an eternity. Start planning her retirement party!!! That should be an exciting event for everyone, definitly worth celebrating!!
