My husband can eat whatever as long as he takes into account his diabetes and blood pressure which are both under control. The dog, Bowser, is almost as limited as I am - I make his biscuits and his main meal each day is spaghetti with tuna and oil. We all had Lyme disease and it damaged our immune systems and our guts. Don't know how my husband got away without that part but I am glad he did. Can you believe our son picked out a dog that is as bad as we are, and from Lyme, too!

So holidays are no longer about food at all, they are exclusively about love and friendship. It makes it hard to join friends or family for the holiday, but easy to wish them well and to be glad we have them.
I am glad to see you have found foods that work for you and your family.
