Thanks for your concern guys. We thought he was being rushed to surgery last night, but they didn't end up doing that. Brendon's on the phone now trying to find out what's going on.
Sheryl, the police have not been involved. We didn't even know about this until yesterday and he's been in the hospital for several days now!
We're going to talk to the Dr. today to find out more and see if that's what he believes happened.
Janet, the reason he stays with her is because Brendon's younger brother still lives at home and he doesn't want her to take him and leave. She doesn't know that we suspect anything. She's always been evil, but I don't think he's ever feared for his life before. She's hurt him physically and such (like breaking his toes by stomping on them), but she's never done anything like this.
