I called a friend and he is to come over this week and draw out the details on building us a shelter for Bay and fencing on our own yard to house Bay. It's really great to now be having Bay on my own property. My only concerns is that the area the horse will be in isn't very large. His footing will pretty much destroy the grass there now. if I add a couple chickens, a goat, and park a broken down car there, I will have all the neccesities of being labeled as white trash. LOL!!!! Oh well....Atleast I wont have to ever again have to deal with all the "horse - people" issues that I've been dealing w/ the past couple of years.

You will MUCH MORE relaxed knowing he's right there with you incase he needs you, and i'm sure Bay will be as happy as you, and proud as punch with he's new home!! WTG GF
