just got back from Lowes, the girl never ordered the extension bracket.. my husband even drew her a picture, so i also told them i wanted it expressed to my house, and the girl said the best they can do to have at my house is Wednesday, so i took it.. then she wanted me to pay for it.
so i had to grab another manager and explain to him what happen and he told her what to do to charge it to Lowes... why me ?????
