Yes, there are a LOT of buttons. The buttons on the left side run the top oven and the buttons on the right run the bottom oven and the ovens can do different things! As far as reading the manual.....I'm sure that it's going to have to be looked at everytime I bake something for quite a while. I'll probably have to laminate the manual!!!
I have a feeling that it's going to be used a LOT!!!!! (Kat, I'll let you know if it ever tells me that it's ready for take-off!!!)
