She'd been running with a retractable lead attached to her collar and it got snagged on the wheel on my daughters car so she couldn't get loose. She's friendly, and seems happy to be in the house, but her tags only give an 800 # for a micro chip place and it says she belongs to a humane society in a county and town we've never heard of. Naturally no one answers there on a Sunday.
WHY do people let their animals roam like this? It just burns me up.
