When you are losing weight in a healthy way, like you are doing now, you are only supposed to lose 1 lb per week, at least for the first few weeks. If you keep following the diet to a T and doing your exercies and drinking lots of water, the weight will start melting off after a couple of weeks. So, HANG IN THERE!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

I know you can use some inspiration, so let me tell you about my friend. There is a new secretary that just started at my office last week and she sits right next to me at work. She was telling me just the other day that she has been doing WW since November 2005 and she has lost 100 lbs!!!!!!!! She looks SO amazing!!!!!!!! I would have never known that she used to be overweight! So, keep up the good work! She also has a family (2 kids and a husband) and a full-time job, so I know if SHE can do it, YOU can do it!!!!!!!!

WAY TO GO, JANET!!!!!!

You really are only suppose to lose 1 pound the first few weeks??? I was shocked that it was only 1 pound and to tell you the truth, disappointed. But if it will get me where I want to be, then I'll suck it up and keep going. I haven't really been hungry, but what few times I have, I've ate broccoli with FF dressing or celery with pnt btr. Long as I know this is what is suppose to happen, then I'll be okay with it. It's hard to know exactly, because I'm not attending any meetings, just using the books. It's great that I have you and the others to make sure I'm on the right track.
