I can appreciate how hard this is for you. The same week you started your diet, as did I. Towards the middle of the week the scale measured 4 lbs less. Knowing it was only water weight I was still happy. But, the end of the weeks results it ended up only showing 1 lb lost. Then....today I am right back where I started a week ago with nothing lost.

However, I know I didn't do hardly any exercize and I ate most the weekend.
It is frustrating but I am so thrilled you stay focused and have the attitude you will only try even harder. Heck me, I'm like "screw it, give me a beer!!". I'm not strong or will powered when it comes to "giving up stuff, especially food"... Food has always been such a passion of mine.
Keep going girl, you can do this!!
