That's a good idea Marilyn, if I get up the courage to wear that skirt in public again I'll be sure to invest in some shorts for underneath!
Haley, I keep my steel toed boots under my desk just in case I need to do a site visit or the lab is desperate for help... of course it doesn't help when I'm wearing a skirt
Maybe I should take an emergency pair of jeans to work too!
Oh by the way, I had another near miss on my way out to my car again lol... I got to the front doors at the same time as Ryan, one of the lab guys. I was hoping he wouldn't walk outside with me. He asked if I knew how to work the new alarm and I said no, and he said "Well I have to be here at 7 tomorrow morning and nobody is around to tell me how to turn the alarm off!" and he stomped off to find someone. Thank goodness! Because when I got to my car the wind had picked up and I was clutching my skirt on both sides and had to let go with one hand to open the door.
Anyways, I need to go iron my pants now
