donna i'm having the same problems with Verizon and comcast, been on the phone with them for hours, comcast is the worst but they credited me over 40.00 which was there fault, they tell you if you switch to digital it will be the same price as basic, that was bull! but i finally got my bill back down to 45.00 a month again.
Now with Verizon, oh,,, i'm trying to get a new contract minus my husband phone cause he has a company phone now and he never uses the other one so why should i pay an extra 45.00 a month, so my contract is not up until aug4th, and they said if i break the contract there going to charge me 175.00
i told them i'm not breaking it, i need a new phone and i just want to drop Mikes phone. oh boy what a pain in the butt. i gave up on them until aug. just dealing with my phone is a pain, Micah got a hold of it and dropped it in the dogs water bowel now it only stays charged for about 3 hours and its dead again, but still working i just have to carry a charger everywhere with me now...
