...Or...Look up the company headquarters and get the phone number. Tell the
operator you want to register a complaint about customer service. If they don't connect you and tell you to call customer service, keep calling until you get an operator who will connect you. I also tell them that I've had a problem with their service center for the last however many months, and that I need to speak to the person in charge of that area.

I've only had to do it a couple of times, but it works! I had an ongoing battle with
Toshiba about my laptop. After 3 months, I called their headquarters, spoke to whoever, and my laptop was repaired and sent back within the week!

I also had a problem with my prescription plan. I did the same thing, and the person I spoke to said she was going to work on getting that policy changed
because other people have the same issue.

AT&T - they don't seem to have a corporate office that you can call easily.
