Why in the world are they subpoenaing me? All I know is that it has something to do with domestic violence (shocker!) but I wonder if it has anything to do with me? Ahhh, I'm sooo freaking out here  |
A Subpoena means you are being called to testify against your ex. The DA obviously has good reason to believe that you have compelling evidence against him...evidence taht will help put him away. You can go talk to the DA and ask them for protection if you testify, if you are that afraid of him. If they need your testimony bad enough, they will give you protection. Just think, your testimony will be helping put away this man so he cannot hurt any other women. Wouldn't hate for another woman to go through what you, and obviously other women, have been through? Go talk to the DA about protection, and then testify against that Bast**** so he can't do this to anyone else.
