HOCKEY TIME!!!!!!
I just went to my city's WHL (western hockey league) team's season opener. My roommate and I walked in and just started salivating at the smell of all the rink food. I had to comment "How Canadian of us!" lol! I couldn't resist the greasy onion rings.
To be honest, the game wasn't that good. Okay it was terrible. We lost 8-2
But in our defense, 4 or 5 of the star players, including the main goalie, have been drafted and are in NHL training camps. But it was still a hockey game and it got me kind of excited for the season
Does anyone else here like hockey at all? I pretty much grew up in a rink, with me taking figure skating lessons, and later giving figure skating lessons, and my older brother playing hockey. I can't wait to someday have little boys and be a hockey mom
