I flunked typing in HS, even with a cousin as my teacher, hated it. I WAS going to be a nurse - but got married, had kids - now I can type up a blind storm and still hate it.
Speaking of HS - my 40 year class reunion is next month. My school is so small that they have several classes at the same time. This one is for 1929, 1939, 1949, 1959, 1969, 1979, 1989, and 1999. It's a hoot! The entertainment is watching basketball games. I went to my 20y and actually played in the game for my age group. Fell flat on my butt a couple times!
My Mom graduated 20 years before me (1949), so her reunion is always with mine. I'll miss having her there - IF I GO. My Mom was so much fun! There's also a couple of uncles who should be there, one from 1949 and one from 1959.
