A friend fixed this once for me and I used it often when my kids were little. It's called tuna gravy. It's just a can of cream of mushroom soup with a small can of drained tuna added with about 3/4 of a can of milk (just use mushroom soup can to measure the milk). You can adjust the milk to how thick you want your gravy. Cook until this comes to a boil, stirring well. This is very good served over biscuits, either homemade or ready to bake.
