Noodle Recipe
Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to share my noodle recipe that I make all the time and sell the noodles to people at work that don't have time to make noodles.
3 egg yokes,
1 whole egg
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 c flour.
Mix it all together and if it's still sticky add more flour a little at a time.
Shape into ball and roll out on a well floured surface. Let dry for an hour
then cut into noodles. I've made 8 batches so far this week and have sold them all. Makes about 1- 8 oz bag.
