Like call someone everyday at the same time (like your mom or best friend) if the call doesn't come that person will know to check on you just in case. Yeah, well my ex is a psycho and has some real psychological issues. He's threatened to kill me, among various other threats and did a horrible thing to my mother in court. Sorry I wasn't trying to get into it but my point is, I'm sure my sub conscience is telling me to be careful. I mean, consciencely I am aware of dangers he poses to me. Maybe I'm just thinking about them too much. I haven't had a bad dream about him in a few days which is good, although he is making appearances in my dreams
But I'll take that over something bad!
I live at home so I always check in with my mom
, but we are all on our tippy toes around here incase he shows back up at the door.
I was thinking about this whole thing and one thing that I think about a lot (mostly maybe cause I have a gun phobia) is that what if he borrowed a gun from his friend (he's a fellon and can't purchase a gun) and came here and shot us all up!! That, I think is my biggest fear. It's kinda un-rational, but so is he.
