The realtor just said they got 2 offers the day after it was posted and they accepted one of them.
But I did find another just down the street from my grandma's house... it's a much smaller yard, and there are no pictures of the inside, but it's a beautiful 1912 1-1/2 story house right across from the high school my dad used to go to
The back yard has a 2 car garage with back alley access, and a nice sized garden.
This whole house-hunting thing is pretty exciting for me
