I know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it.. it's finding the motivation to do it!
I am the world's best procastinator I swear. I sit here thinking about doing this and finishing that.. and continue to sit.
Having company is my best motivator. It is amazing what I can do in a short time when I feel I have to.
