I resigned
I emailed a letter of resignation to my manager and the head of HR this afternoon.
I've had a response from my manager that was quite civil. He thanked me for being willing to fill in for him next week while he's gone to training. So my final day is 2 weeks from today. I already feel relieved.

I am glad things went well. I was wondering how he was going to handle it. At least your last 2 weeks will be stress free. Congrats on your new found freedom. LOL

Thanks friends.
I'm not looking forward to the next couple of weeks, but I do want to be able to get good referrences from them for future jobs, so will do what I can to leave on a good note. It is nice to at least be able to see an end in sight.
