3 day weekend!
This is my first 3 day weekend off since last April. I am SO glad it's finally arrived!
I started cleaning tonight, have laundry washing and drying, and sorted out a mess that "mr nobody" left in the laundry room. The clothes there don't belong to ANYONE in this house, (so they told me) so I figured I'd just grab a garbage bag and give them a toss. I did in fact fill a bag besides finding a pile for Katie and hubby. There was even an almost empty tote under that mess! And they wonder why I was upset over the mess?  I don't plan to waste the whole weekend cleaning, but I really need to get the laundry room and my bedroom straightened out while I have the chance. If Katie comes for the rest of her stuff, I might even see if I can get the guys to move the computer into her empty room. It's rare that I have time at home to get things done, and ever rarer that I have the guys here to help me with the heavy stuff.

Well good for you. I had the ambition to clean this week...keyword was HAD..LOL I may try to get a little done today, son is sick, been up since 1:00 AM vomiting. He's been asleep now since 5:30 AM so I hope whatever it was is gone. I can't stand it when he's sick. He spent the night Thursday night at a friends house with 12 other boys and one of them had to leave because he was vomiting. Probably where my son got it..

Tink, don't spend your whold 3 days cleaning. Do something for yourself. You deserve it!! (But doesn't it make you feel good to get a room all nice and clean? I recently got my side of the office cleaned and boy, do I feel a lot better. It had been really bothering me.)
Janet, I hope that your son is feeling better. That must have been a very fast bug to have been exposed on Thursday and come down with it last night! My daughter's family had something before Christmas but so far we haven't gotten it.

It's probably a good diet tactic, because now I'm afraid to eat anything in case he passes it on to me....LOL He's feeling better now, hasn't eaten yet, but I have him sipping some Sprite.
