Unhappy Very sad

My pastor of my church just resigned yesterday. I am so heartbroken about it. I am pretty sensitive anyway so I am just a mess. My husband doesnt even understand why I am upset about it. There were obviously some issues no one knew about and he felt it was best for him to leave. He announced is yesterday morning and I still cant stop thinking about it. He has preached The Word better than anyone I have ever known/heard. Please pray for me

Aww, I'm sorry. Maybe you'll like your new pastor even more. And I'm sure you could still keep in touch with the pastor that resigned.

Awww it's always hard to see people go that we have grown fond of! Maybe you can stay in touch with the old pastor, i'm sure he will appreciate that!
Hope you will get to know the new pastor soon, it's always comforting to have someone neutral to talk to

I am sorry you feel such a loss. But as others said, I am sure there are ways for you to keep contact with your pastor.

Give time to the new pastors coming forward - you might realize you will once again be blessed with another truly special person in your life.

A co-worker just had her Pastor leave for another church. She was devastated too. They now have a new Paster and she thinks he is wonderful. She has also kept in touch with the previous one. So it will all work out. Most Pasters don't stay with the same church and city for a real long time.

I hope you can stay in touch with your previous Pastor and find inspiration from the new one.
