Santa!
This is a life size santa at a house by my daughter's. It is so cool, when you drive up, it is motion activated and he moves and talks. He says things like Ho Ho Ho and Merry Christmas, and then he signs a verse of some songs like Jingle Bells, all the while moving his arms and swaying back and forth.
He is out, right by the street, every Christmas. We can all hardly wait till he is out and we can drive by and stop and listen to him talk/sing. Yes, we are dorks!

How cute!! Do you mean that he "signs" a song....as in sign language? That's awesome!!! That's too bad about vandalism. We have that here too but not too awful bad. You don't hear of it much but it does happen.
