i have to make 10 pounds potato salad today
My Son Is Getting Married Today. We Going To Have A Country Wedding. So I Have To Make 10 Pound Of Potato Salad For The Barbecue. I Never Had To Make So Much At One Time. Wish Me Luck

Wow!! That's a lot of potato salad to make. Do you have anyone to help out? Potato salad is one dish that I just don't like making very often. Too much work!

Too bad we don't live closer (and I didn't see this earlier) I have about 6 lbs of potato salad that I don't know what to do with
