Negative Results !!!

Thank God, i just got off the phone with the ER, Micah's test results for his Strip was Negative, Thanks for all your prayers!
He's still a little cranky, i might do a follow up apt. with his peditrician, his throat is still red.. Just keep him in your prayers.

Big Sigh! I'm glad that his test results came back negative! That's a big relief. I hope that little Micah gets to feeling better soon. It's no fun for him or Mama.

Thanks Diana, he's still cranky, i just might do a follow up with his doctor. he's just not himself, even my baby sitter called me today and said he is just down right cranky... still worrying about my little baby today...

That's good to hear that it's not strep - but I'm sorry to hear that he's still not feeling well - hope he's back to himself soon!

I'm glad it is not strep. It may be very bad allergies. My poor daughter's whole face is swollen. Her eyes are almost swollen shut. I hope he feels better soon.

I think its allergies too, his face and eyes are so puffy, but he's to small to test for allergies, and i'm not going to put him thru and allergy test anyways. But Mike and I both have allergies and he is doomed to have them also.. Funny thing is one of the things i'm allergic to is dust, and i work in a slag quarry, go figure.... no wonder i'm always sick....
He's started to feel alittle better, but still cranky and tired, he's finally starting to eat a little more.. so in time he'll be back to normal... You just feel so bad cause there is not a damn thing you can do about it until the fever breaks...

I was and am truly blessed that Ricky was really never sick or had allergies. He had the occasional cold or sore throat, but that's been about it.

I know how awful we feel as Mothers that we can't make them feel better right away. Hang in there Haley.

Janet its terrible... he didn't want to eat for me last night, and Mike was no help as usual, he came home and didn't feel good ate and went to bed at 4 pm must be nice, i got stuck cleaning up the kitchen, bathing Micah, holding him almost all night, he didn't want me to put him down, so i laid in our bed with him until he fell asleep around 7 pm, then i got my cleaning and laundry done, i didn't get to bed until 10 pm... i am so tired... and my allergies are killing me today... something is in the air... was up at 4:30 this morning throwing another load of clothes in the washer trying to get caught up alittle ...

Thanks Judy, he's doing much better, his throat is still alittle red, so i'm keeping him on the motrin and tylenol for one more day...

Me too, hopefully by MOnday i want to take him to living treasures up by seven springs, it's like a small zoo, you get to get close to the aminals, they even have a petting zoo and a camel ride, i know he would love that....

Glad to hear his strep test turned out negative. He is on the mend! Hour by hour, I am sure he will be feeling better and very soon will be just fine.

He's feeling much better, thank you everyone, i got some great pictures, i just have to download them now.. will post soon...
