I don't know what the laws are in your state regarding truancy with school but here where I live, if a child does not attend school, the PARENTS are arrested and have to go before a judge to explain why their child is not in school like he/she should be. First offense, judge slaps a fine on the parents, no jail time but buddy, if they have a second offense, fine is higher and there IS jail time a parent has to serve. All she'd probably have to have done is be slapped with a fine one time and she'd make sure her child was in school. So, pack that psycho up and send her my way.....I'll get her kid enrolled and then let the law take care of the rest....and if she won't come, I'll head your way with a big ol' can of whoop azz!

They only have to see a judge for unexcused absences. This woman ALWAYS had doctor's notes. I think she knows someone in the dr.'s office and that's how she is getting them. She was busted a couple of years ago for forging doctor's notes. She is some type of nurse but since she has kids, she stayed at home.
