Do you mean like using a real pumpkin from the garden? No, I don't do that but I do make it from scratch using pumpkin from the can and adding my own ingredients. I also make my pie crust from scratch. I have a really easy recipe that is so flaky!!! Actually, all of my pies are from scratch. I don't use pie fillings.
