Janet I have never seen on my space where you have to know the persons email or last name... I put your last name in and it said you will recieve an eamil for my friend request. I guess when you opened you acout up it was something you clicked? I can ask my daughter if there is a way to remove that so people can just ask to be your friend with no email or last name verify. Hope you can figure it out but I'll see if my daughter know.
