You can keep flour, cornmeal, and mixes for years in the freezer if sealed. Also, you can use them frozen in most recipes and it doesn't make any difference. BTW, Sheryl, thanks for the warning. I knew mold could make these foods taste bad, but had no idea they could b so hazardous.
