Angie, i am terribly sorry this is going on, i can only imagine how worried you all must be.
How old is the younger brother? I do hope the police gets involved, and get to the bottom of all this, so she can be locked away, she should not be running loose. Please keep us posted, meantime, i will be keeping your family, and FIL in my thoughts & prayers.
