LOL you reminded me of a story Diana... I gotta tell this about my friend, because I know she doesn't read here so it'll be okay
 Anyways, to get off the floor from laying on your stomach, you have to slide your body on the floor until your butt is high in the air, and then push your chest off the floor with your hands... well my friend got her butt high in the air and got stuck  But it was SO funny to see her unable to push herself back up, and the whole class was laughing. I'm glad it wasn't me because I would have been so embarassed! Good thing she can laugh at herself
