How old is the computer, and what brand? That's a lot of damage, and I know you aren't throwing it around, or downloading all kinds of illegal stuff!
It is greaty that they are rushing it though. Best Buy is pretty good, aren't they? Seems to me that they should replace it, like a car, because of the lemon law. "Long may you run," little computer.

It's an HP Judy. I love everything about it. I think the problem was it just all overheated because I had it on my lap so much and for so long. It was less than a year old so the warranty is taking care of everything.
