Awww poor Rowdy! Glad he's doing better Gayle! What a nice vet you must have to only charge $16. Seems like it's always something with one of these babies! But I swear I know if your like me......you wouldn't take anything for them and the least little thing it's off to the vet!

Poor lil guy. I hate it when my babies are injured.
Daisy was limping last night and I noticed that her 4 month old sister bit her pad! Daisy is so good to Pixie and puts up with so much of the puppy behavior. She deserves an extra something special in her stocking!

Ahhh Gayle, hope he is feeling better, it is just awful when our little babies are ill or injured.

My Harvey had something wrong with his foot in the summer, he was lick lick lick at it, i at first thought he had cut it, and he does come running straight to me if he is hurt or someone shouts at him etc - so mummy can make it all better
Anyway..... after checking all over i could not see anything, so a bathed it in salt water, and after a while he left it alone, we decided either he had twisted a nail, stood on something sharp, or been stung.

Hope little Rowdy is ok.

Hi All. Rowdy limped just a little bit this morning, but not consistently. I gave him his NSAID pill with breakfast and no more limping at all today. Hopefully, this medication will eliminate any inflammation he has. He takes it for 6 days!

Thanks for all your kind words.

It's good to know the meds work. Hopefully once the 6 days are past...the limping will be gone too.

Gayle if you remember Gucci had a few incidences of limping over the summer. They were checking for Lyme disease but it can back negative Thank God. The vet put her on some medicine for inflamation and it went away. I am glad that Rowdy is feeling better and hopefully it won't come back either.

I was going to pull up the threads so you can read but I don't know how to.

I do remember Gucci limping in the summer. That is the first thing I thought about was that she was limping and nothing showed up. It's kinda like Rowdy, nothing showed up! He hasn't had a tick (that I know of) so that should be OK - but if the limping comes back, I'll ask the vet about Lymes disease.
