OK Gayle, I made the bread pudding. I myself am not a fan of bread pudding..I thought, lol... but OH MY GOSH this is SO SO good!! I'm going to make myself sick
I thought 2 T of vanilla was alot, but I used it. It MAKES it!!! I hope I cooked the sauce long enough...it's still too hot to tell. Mike is thrilled!! Thank you so much Gayle Now if I can just find room in the refrigerator

Oh Betsi! I'm so glad you liked it - you never know if someone else will have your same "taste" for something.
If you think the pudding is good, just wait till you spoon the sauce over it - the pudding + sauce just sends me over the moon! Now, I'm going to have to make some - you've made me hungry for it!!!

I forgot about this recipe thanks Betsi... I just printed it and will make this week for NYE.. Gayle it sounds awesome... I have been eating cookies non stop
