By the way, the pink plaid converse shoe she's holding up in one of the pics are what she wore under her dress. She wanted to be comfortable. At least she wore shoes. Melissa was barefoot under her dress. Of course, Melissa was married in June, not Dec.
We are very thankful though, Dec 22nd was a very warm December day.

Thanks for sharing the pictures Marilyn! I have to say, I really enjoyed looking at the wedding! It looks like a perfect, beautiful wedding. Karen is a beautiful bride and she and Carlton make a great looking couple.
You look wonderful too, Mom of the Bride! Congratulations to all, and very best wishes to the bride and groom!

Beautiful pictures!!! You can see that Karen loves him very much because her eyes are always on him!!! The cake and bouquet are very beautiful!!!! It was a lovely wedding!!! I wish them the best of luck!!!

Thank you all for your very kind comments!!! I can't believe they are out in California. We've been texting a lot. I'm trying to leave them alone, so I don't initiate the communication, but Karen texts while Carlton is on base. We had a bit of a problem with the delivery of the RV, so we have had to discuss that some. The guy who dropped it off before they got there parked it so that one of the slides would not open fully, a utility pole was in the way, so we had to argue with the delivery service and get them to send someone to move the trailer a bit. They are doing great though, and are already making new friends.
