I had lipo about 10-12 years ago. It was great, but I will never have a flat stomach unless I have a tummy tuck. The muscles are shot, and that's only after one child.
Well...and years of not exercising!

I'm in a big city so there are plenty of Doc's but I just wanted to do a little research so I wouldn't be like Huh?! going in there. And not planning on jumping on anything at the moment
