You were very patient with these women and deserve a medal as well!!! I try to remember that people have lives outside of where they work and you never know what they have to deal with at home but that really shouldn't be an excuse to be rude at work.

Betsi, I think that you deserve the same!!!

I'm so sorry that you two have to deal with so many health issues with your husbands.
